Brief:
Our client required external support as they looked to hire 2 Non-Executive Directors to join their board. As a professional County Cricket Club, they were looking to identify individuals to support their executive team in 2 specific areas – Commercial Development & Professional Cricket & Talent Pathways. McBride Sports offered a clear search methodology that would allow the club to appoint 2 candidates with the appropriate skill set and experience to add immediate value to the clubs commercial, professional cricket & talent development operations.
