Nigel Brewster

Specialising in both executive and non-executive search and selection, Nigel has approaching 25 years’ experience in the executive search and recruitment sector. He has worked with some of the most notable organisations in the North of England and has a reputation for delivering against challenging assignments with humour and candour.

As well as his Executive responsibilities, Nigel has also spent over 15 years fulfilling a range of challenging Non-Executive roles including being appointed President of a local Chamber of Commerce and a committee member of the Chambers of Commerce National Policy Advisory committee. He has served as a Trustee, Vice Chair and Chair on a number of different charitable organisations. Additionally, Nigel served over 10 years as a Board member of one of the Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs) included five years as Vice Chair, during which he was responsible for oversight of the skills, employment and employability work stream and the £300m+ capital program.

Nigel has responsibility for actively managing a number of key client relationships as well as personally delivering on senior recruitment, search and selection assignments for senior management and executive level appointments. Nigel maintains a keen interest in Government policy on skills development, employment and work.

Out of work he now lives in Sheffield and is part of the same ‘Brewster’ family tree which dates back to William Brewster of Scrooby - the famous member of the Pilgrim Fathers.
